Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Ribodex LLC ("Ribodex," "we," "us") operates ribo.hair and the RiboHair Business Portal (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through the Site and in our dealings with businesses that apply for or hold provider accounts, people who submit investor inquiries, and anyone who contacts us. Our customers are businesses. We do not sell products or provide services to consumers.

02

Information We Collect

Communications

The content of emails, calls and messages you send us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit, using cookies, pixels, analytics tools and similar technologies, including tools provided by Google and Meta. See Section 5.

2.3 Information we do not want

Do not send us client names, medical records or other information about a client's health. We do not need it to support your account. If you report a product concern, share only what is needed to investigate it.

03

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

review provider applications and verify business documents;

create and manage accounts and authorized users;

process orders, payments, shipping and claims;

provide training, protocols and account support;

investigate product concerns and meet our legal obligations, including reports to regulators;

respond to investor inquiries;

send service messages about applications, accounts and orders, and marketing messages where permitted;

secure the Site, prevent fraud and resolve payment disputes;

improve the Site and our products; and

comply with law and enforce our Terms.

04

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share personal information with:

Website and portal providers

including Framer, which hosts ribo.hair, and the providers that host and support the RiboHair Business Portal.

Payment processors

including Stripe, which processes card and bank payments.

Shipping carriers

including UPS, FedEx and USPS, which receive contact names, delivery addresses and phone numbers to deliver orders.

Analytics and advertising partners

including Google and Meta, which use cookies and pixels on our Site to measure Site use and our ads, and to show our ads to you on other websites and apps. See Section 5.

Other service providers

that send email and messages, manage customer records and store data for us.

Authorized distributors

for accounts they referred or support, limited to business contact details and the order information needed to support the account.

Regulators and authorities

when required by law, including product safety reports.

Professional advisers

such as lawyers, accountants and auditors.

A buyer or successor

in a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Others

with your consent.

Service providers may use personal information only to provide services to us. Google and Meta also use information they collect under their own privacy policies. We may change providers from time to time within these categories.

05

Cookies, Pixels and Your Choices

We and our partners use:

Essential cookies

needed to run the Site and keep you signed in to the RiboHair Business Portal;

Analytics cookies

including Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used; and

Advertising cookies and pixels

including from Google and Meta, which collect information about your visits to our Site and your activity over time and across other websites and apps, to measure our ads and show you ads that may interest you.

You can limit this tracking:

block or delete cookies in your browser settings (portal login may not work without essential cookies);

Google: manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with the add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;

Meta: manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings; and

industry opt-outs: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Opting out of interest-based ads does not stop all ads; you may still see ads that are not based on your activity. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

06

Text Messages

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your application, account and orders. We send marketing texts only with your separate consent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
